Any changes to (token)economics are a subject for group review over calls and chat. Key forum discussion areas:
Proposal Template
Standard form for proposal descriptions:
- Outcomes Impact on stakeholders and key metrics / strategic impact
- Outputs What should be done (deliverables)
- Inputs People, budget, documents needed
The committee should provide supportive feedback from affected stakeholder groups: summaries, evaluations, limitations, and recommendations.
